What items can I purchase in the store?

The SF Chronicle online store allows you to purchase special issues, commemorative items and prints featuring our iconic covers and extensive coverage of Bay Area and worldwide events.

How do you ship my order?

We ship most items to arrive in 10-15 business days. Items such as prints, plaques, and posters are custom ordered and fulfilled by one of our partners, delivery of these items can take 14-21 business days. Estimated delivery dates may vary due to high volume. We ship via FedEx Smart Post, UPS 2 Day Air or USPS depending on the package’s weight and dimensions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your shipping date and tracking information. 

What if my order is damaged in shipping?

Our goal is to offer only the finest items for readers, members, and Bay Area residents. Items that create a lasting legacy and provide years of enjoyment. If your order is damaged in shipping, you may return it in its original packaging for a prompt exchange. Returns will not otherwise be accepted or refunded for any reason. Please call our customer service at 415-777-7000 if you have questions about a return.

I never received my order?

If you created an account when you placed your order, you can check the status of your order at any time. Simply log in at sfchronicle.myshopify.com/account/login. You may also call our customer hotline at 415-777-7000 or email us at homedelivery@sfchronicle.com.
