Sightglass: An Introduction to Coffee

The Sightglass Education Team will join us for an evening of good conversation, tasty coffees and warm fuzzy feelings. You’ll get a firsthand look into the journey coffee takes from the farm where it’s grown all the way to your morning cup, learning about the sourcing, roasting and brewing practices that put specialty coffee in a league of its own.

Sightglass is an independent, sibling-owned coffee roasting company based in San Francisco. Their objective is to develop and build relationships at origin, recognizing the intentions of the people who have contributed to producing our coffees. They roast the coffees in house, taking care to draw out the finest, most nuanced characteristics of each. They take pride in their work, striving to deliver excellence in every cup served on bar and every box that leaves their shelves.
