SF Rallies and Sends Love to Troops at War

On October 6, 1918, The Chronicle gathered residents to Golden Gate Park for the filming of a movie featuring “relatives and sweethearts” that would be sent to Americans fighting in France during World War I. The turnout and the exuberance of the participants was astounding.

Each image is printed on archival quality, bright, white Satin finish paper with a smooth untextured surface. Prints are trimmed to size, sealed in an archival bag, and shipped in a tube. Watermark is removed for final print.
